Prepared profiles improve search results and conversation starting points.
1) Profile fields, interests and activities
· Please complete profile information to improve filter results
· Take time to select your activities and interests.
· Entries enable other members to search for others with similar interests.
2) Pictures
· Upload recent pictures, ask a friend to take one if needed.
· One picture can be selected as a profile picture which should be of you alone.
· Add a couple of pictures showing you and your interests, conversation starting points.
· Clothed bodies please, activity participation pictures accepted.
· All pictures are moderated before being published.
· Photos that are considered inappropriate will not appear online.
3) “About Me” Your Bio
· This is your sales pitch, but please make it realistic.
· A Summary of who you are and the activities you enjoy.
· What you might enjoy doing with a new partner.
· Mention any values that are particularly important to you.
· Honesty is the best policy.
4) Filtering
· Filter on sections you are looking to find a connection on.
· Adjust your filters with an open mind.
· Provide us with feedback.
5) Messaging
Please respect other members and be considerate in your conversations.
One time message Filtering is powerful but not infallible, so we offer you one chance to ask someone to look at your profile and connect. Take time to consider before you message, then tell them why.
Opening message to a connection Please read your connections profile and design your opening line to suit.
Hi, I really liked your profile, I think we have ……. in common. Tell me more about ……. I look forward to hearing more.
Ending Conversations Please end connections politely and respect others decisions also.

Dating Engine Privacy Policy
1. Data regulation
Dating Engine will operate through our mobile “App”. Dating Engine will comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) UK legislation over collection and storage of members account data. This policy explains why we collect, store, protect, process your data. Your choice over optional data you enter. Who your data is shared with and how long we store your data.
2. Your Data Security
Data will be held on secure servers. Data will never be given (or sold) to a third-party unless required by law. Our platform operates in the UK. General data we have available about our customers has the identity removed and enables membership levels around the UK to be evaluated.
3. Personal Data & Profile Verification
Our intention is to check that all members profiles are genuine people looking for new connections. Personal data enables us to check your identity with identity verification being included at a future date. Personal details are not part of your visible profile. Age (over 18’s only) and approximate base location are.
We use a team of moderators to monitor and review accounts (including photos and any other information uploaded onto user profiles). We will investigate and remove any accounts that are flagged as non-genuine.
4. Profile Details
In order to provide services to our members it can be helpful to have further information about you, as guided by our profile structure. This data will be stored in within your profile. Each profile field has a default status of “not completed”. By completing the profile field you consent to that data being available to other members and our search engines. Profile information enables our search engines to find connections with similar interests and enables other members to have more basic information before making a connection.
5. Profile Visibility
Your profiles will only be visible to other members if you are a paying member. There is an option to hide your profile.
Prospective members will only be able to see existing member profile summary (rather than full detail).
Paying members will have full visibility of all other paying members.
6. Message content
Message content is visible to the moderators if one of our members raises concern about message content. We use a team of moderators to monitor and review messages for content that indicates breaches of our Terms and Conditions of use. Any member breaching our terms and conditions will have their account restricted.
7. Location data
We only use your home location for purposes of finding local connections.
8. Payment Details
Billing will be provided by a 3rd Party payment service. We do not have any card or payment account details.
9. Cookies
Our App uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your device or browser that allows us to recognise and remember you.
10. How long do we hold your profile details?
Your profile will be stored until either,
• You request that your profile is removed and deleted.
• A period of 1 year of inactivity with our application.
